Starting January 6, 2015 Leon, Wakulla, Pinellas, Hillsborough Counties (and MORE) same-sex couples can begin applying for marriage licenses. Florida residents will have a 3 day waiting period. Out-of-state residents do not have a waiting period and can be married same day.
As a Florida Notary Public we can perform a civil ceremony for your same sex marriage OR even just notarize the license!
We are an experienced Florida Notary Wedding Officiant team and are more than happy to notarize same sex marriage license and/or perform your ceremony! Many Florida counties clerks offices are no longer offering ceremonies. If you are looking for a simple wedding ceremony, we are happy to provide this. We have also performed large scale same-sex wedding ceremonies and would love to perform yours, as well as, notarize your marriage license
