Get More Info 7:15 AM phone rings. Frantic Mom needing a sports document notarized for child participating in sports that day. Quickly get dressed & meet her down at Starbucks.
8:00 AM back home. Preparing documents and scheduling day’s appointments.
8:30 AM on road to St Petersburg to handle closing for a home purchase. On the road one of those days when I hit all the red lights on US19. Arrive just on time for 9:30 AM appointment. Buyer arrived shortly after me. He was alone. Asked him where his wife was. He didn’t know she was suppose to be there. He said he was the only one on the Note. Agent didn’t mention it to him that she had to be there to sign required documents for State of Florida. Husband called his wife and she said would be their in 45 minutes. We started closing with husband and finished with wife when she arrived. I was now 45 minutes behind in my day and quickly had to get back on road to New Port Richey for a refinance closing at 11:00 AM. Contacted borrower and let them know I was running late. On way got a call from signing company that they were sending me some revised documents for the closing. Pulled over got car printer set up, computer turned on and prepared revised documents when they were sent. Got to closing at 11:45 AM. Borrower proceeded to read the closing package. Took over an hour to complete closing. After a hectic morning went back to my office to scan required documents that were asked to be sent for that day funding and did some morning button-up.
1:00PM on road again. Refinance closing in Pinellas Park. All went smooth. Traffic on way home.
2:00pm Manor Care assisted living in Palm Harbor. Met client to notarize Will, Power of Attorney, and Living Will for family member in assisted living facility.
3:00PM dashed back to my office, got a call for a purchase closing in Safety Harbor at 4:00pm. Printed docs and dashed out the door.
5:00PM got back to my office more faxing, button-up, and needed to get out to drop documents at Fedex before last pick up for the day.
6:00PM Returned to my office, scheduled upcoming appointments from calls I received during the day and e-mails.
